Mark is the Technical Director every company wishes they had, he anchors the company with a unique blend of technical proficiency and operational leadership, stemming from a career that began in the fitness industry in the 1990s.
Mark started his journey on the front lines as a Service Engineer for companies like Competition Line and as a subcontract engineer for Life Fitness. His industry roles quickly expanded:
- 1992-1996: Joined Forza Fitness as a Service Engineer covering the Midlands and the North.
- 1997-1998: Became the lead installer for Fitlinxx in the UK before his expertise led to a role covering installations across Europe, India, and Australia.
Seeking new challenges, Mark transitioned to the oil and gas sector, working offshore as a CPT Operator in the Middle East, South America, and the North Sea.
Upon returning to the UK, he brought his honed management skills back to fitness, serving as the Service Manager for SportsArt for four years. Following this, he applied his technical acumen to a completely different field, qualifying as a Drone Pilot and running his own inspection company.
Now, Mark has returned to his roots, joining forces to Launch Body bike in the UK. His varied background ensures a pragmatic approach to equipment reliability, making him uniquely qualified to deliver solutions that offer both superior performance and the lowest total cost of ownership (TCO) for our clients.
