Returns Procedure
If you need to return an item(s), you have 30 days from the purchase date to return your order back to us for a refund. Unwanted goods must be returned in a resaleable condition and in their original product packaging. This pertains to accessories only.
Please see below in relation to any bike return.
Please kindly follow the steps below to initiate your return of any accessory:
1. Click the ‘START RETURN’ button below to be taken to our return’s portal.

2. Enter your order number and email address into the required fields – Your order number must be the number taken from your order confirmation email, which can be found in both the subject line and body of the email, e.g. 438146. Your email address must also match the email address used to place your order.
3. Select your item(s) you’d like to return and the reason why. For cases of damaged or faulty items, you will be asked to submit a photo.
4. Select 'ROYAL MAIL QR' as your delivery preference. No printer is required for this option.
5. Once confirmed, your unique QR code/label will be generated on screen and will also be emailed to you.
6. Next, simply locate your nearest drop-off point, hand over your parcel and present your QR code.
7. Once you’ve dropped off your package, you will be able to track it via the link below:

8. Your refund will be processed within 14 working days of receipt at the warehouse and you will receive a refund email confirming once this has been done.
How much does it cost to return my order?
Returning your order of any accessory is free of charge. Simply follow the steps outlined above to receive your refund.

About Our Guarantee
BODY BIKE UK Limited is proud of the quality and workmanship in its products and we hope that you do not experience any problems. In the unlikely event that your product develops a fault, our guarantee periods are outlined below.
Please note that the guarantee covers faulty workmanship and/or materials when the product is used in normal, domestic conditions and in compliance with the care instructions provided.
It does not cover the below:
Accidental damage, normal wear and tear, damage caused by abuse or negligence, staining caused by strongly coloured foods/spices, melting caused by overheating, scoring of boards and rusting of stainless steel.
What is the guarantee period?
The guarantee will apply from the original date of purchase and applies to the original product only. If at any point you receive a replacement, the replacement product would only be under guarantee for whatever time was still remaining from the original guarantee.

Our bike serial numbers/ batch codes are in different locations depending on the product.
